Refund Policy

Perch Point operates exclusively business-to-business (B2B). All refund eligibility is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the rules below.
1. Stock Items (Non-Custom)

Eligible for return and full refund only if: – Return is requested within 30 calendar days of delivery – Products are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition – Buyer obtains a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Perch Point before shipping anything back

Refund amount: – Original purchase price minus: • 25% restocking fee • All original outbound freight charges • Return freight costs (prepaid by Buyer or deducted from refund)

Credit card payments: Refund issued to original card (may take 5–10 business days to appear).

ACH/wire/check payments: Refund issued via company check or ACH within 14 days of receiving and inspecting returned goods.
2. Order Cancellations Before Shipment

Cancelled before production begins: Full refund (including any deposit)

Cancelled after production begins: Refund limited to amounts not already expended on materials/labor (typically 0–50% depending on stage)
3. Shipping Damage or Incorrect Items Shipped

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos

We will replace or repair at no cost

Full refund available only if replacement is not possible and Buyer does not wish to reorder
4. Defective Products (Warranty Claims)

Covered under our Limited Commercial Warranty

Remedy is repair or replacement (Buyer’s choice only when replacement part/stock is unavailable)

Cash refunds are not provided for warranty claims
5. No Refund Situations

Product was installed or used

Normal wear and tear or misuse

Refused delivery without prior authorization

Items returned without an RMA number
How to Request a Return or Refund

Email returns@perchpoint.net or call (555)391-2012 within the eligible window

Provide order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable

Wait for RMA number and return shipping instructions (do not ship anything without an RMA)

Once approved and goods are received/inspected, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
