Shipping Policy

Perch Point sells exclusively business-to-business (B2B). We do not offer residential delivery or sell to individual consumers.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship to commercial addresses throughout Minnesota, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Tennessee

P.O. Boxes are not accepted.
2. Freight Method
All barstools and commercial seating ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers on pallets unless otherwise noted.

Curbside delivery is standard (driver unloads to the curb or dock; no inside delivery or setup).

Liftgate service is included when requested at checkout (for locations without a loading dock or forklift).

White-glove, inside delivery, room-of-choice, or installation services are available for an additional fee—please request a quote.
3. Lead Times & Order Processing

Stock items: 3–10 business days to ship from the nearest warehouse

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
4. Shipping Rates
Freight rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on:

Total weight and dimensions

Delivery ZIP/postal code

Liftgate or other accessorial requirements
We do not add hidden handling fees on top of the carrier quote you see at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and Bill of Lading (BOL) via email. You can track directly on the carrier’s website or through your Perch Point account portal.
6. Delivery Appointments & Receiving Requirements
Most carriers require an appointment for commercial receiving hours (typically 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday).

Someone must be present to sign for and inspect the shipment.

Refused or undeliverable shipments will incur return freight and restocking fees.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

To inspect all cartons for external damage before signing

To note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt (e.g., “2 cartons damaged” or “1 stool missing”)

To photograph any damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to note damage at delivery may affect freight claims.
8. Damaged or Defective Items

Visible freight damage: Refuse the damaged cartons or note damage on the BOL

Concealed damage discovered after delivery: Report within 48 hours with photos

Manufacturing defects: Covered under our standard commercial warranty (see Warranty page)
We will coordinate replacement or repair at no additional freight cost to you when the claim is approved.
9. Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be canceled or modified free of charge until they enter production or are released to the warehouse. Once production has started or the order has shipped, standard restocking and freight charges apply.
